Injury Prevention with Rick Peterson
Saturday at FirstEnergy Park, the New Jersey Chapter of SABR (Society of Baseball Research) held their annual meeting, and featured was former Athletics and Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson.
Not coaching this year, Peterson has immersed himself in a new 3P program. Along with noted surgeon Dr. James Andrews, Peterson is using new technology to both study and prevent injuries among pitchers, at the professional levels, high amateur (high school and college) and low amateur (little league) levels.
