Antonio Bastardo did not allow an earned run over 6.2 innings of work and Lakewood topped West Virginia 7-1 on Thursday at FirstEnergy Park.

Lakewood has taken games two and three of the four-game set after dropping the opener on Tuesday night.

Carlos Monasterios pitched a complete game, allowing just two runs in the first-inning as Lakewood topped West Virginia 5-2 on Friday night.

The BlueClaws (17-10) take three of four, including the final three, from the Power (15-14), the first-half champs. West Virginia scored 9 runs in the first game of the series, a 9-4 win, but Lakewood held them to seven runs in the final three games of the series.

Wilfrido Perez allowed two unearned runs over five innings as Delmarva topped Lakewood 6-3 in the first of a three-game series. Chris Vinyard added two doubles, a run and an RBI as the Shorebirds (8-8) won their 4^th game in a row despite making five errors. The two teams have now played 26 times this year to 13 wins apiece.   Lakewood brought the tying run to the plate in the 9^th off of Thall after an RBI double by newest BlueClaw Herm Demmick but Charlie Yarbrough lined out to center ending the game. Carl Henry Jr. scored trying to go first-to-third in the 8^th inning when the throw from Delmarva right-fielder Stu Musslewhite hopped into the third-base dugout giving Lakewood a 3-2 lead in a 4-2 win over Delmarva on Sunday night. Henry, who scored two of the four Lakewood runs, singled off the leg of the pitcher Kyle Schmidt (3-6) leading off the inning and advanced on a base-hit to right by Zach Penprase. The BlueClaws (11-6) would add a run on three hits in the 9^th to extend the lead to 4-2. Fidel Hernandez’s 4-4-3 double-play groundout scored the run. Quintin Berry hit the first home run of his professional career leading Lakewood to a 7-2 win over Delmarva on Monday night. Berry’s blast, a two-run shot, came in the 6^th inning off of Ryan Oulette and capped the Lakewood scoring. The center-fielder was 2-3 on the night with two walks, two runs, and a stolen base.  The BlueClaws (12-6) take two out of three from Delmarva (8-10) and have now won four of their last five games.
