Savvy Business Advice

How to develop, launch and maintain an effective e-mail marketing campaign

Caryl Felicetta of Single Throw provides expert advice that will address how business owners can create, launch and manage an effective e-mail marketing campaign to generate more qualified leads and to get existing cutomers to buy more which in turn will lead to more profitable business – so let’s get started and ask the expert.

In this episode of Ask the Expert with The Coach, Caryl Felicetta of Single Throw Internet Marketing makes a guest appearance. Caryl Felicetta founded The Argyle Studio. Argyle’s mission was to provide clients with the same big agency ideas and talent without the overhead, bureaucracy and depersonalization of a large company. Here is a summary of the key points discussed:

  • A clean email list will return the best results; opt-ins, current and past customers any people with an interest in what you have to say/sell. Its quality over quantity.
  • Have an intriguing subject- If you can’t hook them at the subject, the message will go unopened.
  • What’s in it for me? It’s in the mind of every customer, make them an offer.
  • Easy? Everyone is busy. Make it a quick easy read with links to your site.
  • Links to Your Site -It makes no sense to keep the reader hostage in your email. The idea is to get them to the site. There’s a lot more to do there, and far greater opportunity to sell them. If they are willing to keep clicking, they are affirming their interest and intent to purchase.
